  My live this years  I am impatient and outpoken, I will improve this aspect, I will be supportive with others.   my Goals this years is to finish two big projets: Porce II and Haced  Porce II has been a great source of knowledge and learning.  I have be able to share my experince to enhance the process.            I have a group willing to reach the goals and overcome everything and I have a huge budget
